Web development consultants are required with experience of the full development life cycle from initial scoping through to design, build, test, deployment and support. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a combination of skills in Java, J2EE, XML, .Net, SQL, n-tier architecture, Oracle, SQL Server or alternate web based solutions. Experience of formal development methodologies and good communication skills will also be required. Previous consultancy experience will be beneficial but is not essential.

Project management consultants are required with experience of the full project life cycle from responding to an ITT or writing a business case through to estimating, planning, monitoring, reporting and post implementation review. Applicants will be expected to have experience of one or more formal project management methodologies as well as strong communication skills, leadership skills, financial control and client facing skills. Formal certification (eg. Prince2, APMP, etc.) and previous consultancy experience will be beneficial but are not essential.
